Schools, large and small, after becoming members of the community can post positions vacant. The job Network Service includes: Job Network—FREE 140 character job postings on job network board; Job Board - THREE two week job postings in the Job Network area; School Profile - profile given as member of the community; Broadcast - emails to community friends; Job postings tweeted to all members.

Job Board                       JPY 20,000 per post

Schools and organisations place paid advertisements on the Job Board to advertise to community members. The Job Board service includes: Job Posting  - Job vacancy details posted on Job Board with company profile for 2 weeks; Job Broadcast - email sent to members who have registered as a job seekers and jobs tweeted to all members and displayed on social media sites. Job Board packages include:

3 Pack— JPY50,000 (JPY16,667 each); 10 pack—JPY140,000; 25 pack—JPY300,000 (JPY12,000 each).

 

Fixed cost recruitment             JPY 90,000 per placement*

Fixed cost recruitment fee for filling any members vacancy. We will: Advertise your vacancy on our job boards and in our community; Screen and speak to all candidates directly to ensure suitability and interest in your position; Check references and qualifications; Present CV's to you for selection; Arrange interviews; and gain feedback on both sides. You only pay for each teacher placed

Partner                          JPY 180,000/month*

Not everyone can be a partner, but rather our partners are a select group of the best organizations* in each geographical region. Each partner must qualify to be accepted into the GCAJapan community. This package includes: Partner Group – A permanent group is created within the community and interested members can follow partners at any time throughout the year. The Partner can contact, up-date and on-board group members 24/7 for a whole year; Job Postings – Unlimited two week job posting including company description and logo throughout the year; Job Broadcasting  - “Tweeting” of each job opening and as well as emails sent to all members who have registered as a job seekers.
